Thank you for choosing You Center Wellness for your care. My intention is to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive space for us to grow and heal. To ensure clarity and a comfortable experience for all, I’ve outlined a few policies below. Your understanding and cooperation help maintain a space of respect and healing.

Client Expectations & Conduct

Age Requirement – Clients must be 18 years or older to receive services.

Language & Communication – Sessions are conducted in English. If needed, a translator may be present with prior approval.

Professional Boundaries – Any inappropriate behavior, including sexual suggestions or advances, will immediately end the session.

State of Awareness – Clients must be coherent and present. Sessions will not proceed if you are under the influence of drugs or in a persistent dissociative state.

Personal Care – Please arrive fresh and free of strong odors, including perfume, smoke, or body odor, to maintain a comfortable environment.

Rescheduling, Cancellations, Late Arrivals, and No-Show Policies

Life happens, and I understand that things come up.

Rescheduling & Cancellations:
Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with:
• 24-48 hours’ notice incur a $25 per hour fee based on the scheduled service time.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $100 per hour fee based on the scheduled service time.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment, the session will continue as scheduled, ending at the original time with the full fee applied.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled, and a No-Show fee will apply. At the provider’s discretion, a shorter session may be offered, but the fee remains unchanged.

No-Show Policy:
Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full-service fee.
